About these terms

Luxus International is a leather goods store in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the store.

Products and prices

  • We take care to describe materials accurately. Most pieces are genuine leather, and any synthetic piece is stated on its page.
  • Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • Prices shown may change. The price confirmed with you when your order is confirmed is the price you pay. Some items show "price on request".

Orders

  • Sending a request on the website is an enquiry, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a request cannot be made as described. If you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Customisation

Customised pieces are made to your confirmed specification and cannot be returned (see our Returns page).

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with the store when an order is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank details through this website.

Liability

We are responsible for the quality of what we sell as described on these pages. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
